Why I created this space.
There are many gyms and fitness facilities out there but the majority are shared spaces designed for people who are confident in the gym environment and not bothered who's watching. The people who most need to go to the gym are often those who feel the most intimidated and self conscious, so being on a gym floor surrounded by loads of 'fit' people who appear to know what they're doing, is not exactly going to encourage attendance.

Being able to offer a totally private, safe, space to learn what the gym is all about means that we've already removed a big barrier that holds many people back from regular exercise. And that's what this is all about. Educating as many women as possible how to exercise safely and effectively. No fads, no gimmicks and no BS.

By coaching women, not just training them.

Why work with me?
One key difference about what I'm offering is that I get it.
I have four children, I've juggled work, kids and life for over 24 years and I know it can be a struggle to just survive that let alone finding time to eat well and exercise too. I never stepped into a gym until I took my first gym qualification because I don't like them. I hated exercise at school and never stuck to any form of fitness until I was about 27 and I found kickboxing after I'd had my first three kids.
I want to dis-spell the myth that there is one magic diet, exercise or supplement that is going to help you finally get you where you want to be. It's an ongoing journey. Our bodies are constantly changing and life will always throw stuff our way.
I won't preach, tell you to 'find time' or try and shame you in any way. You will always have priorities and chances are that you're a little lower on the list than you'd like. But I'll meet you where you are. Working with you as you are now. Not you when the kids start nursery, or once you've started walking and got a bit fitter, or given up carbs. You right now.
You can find thousands of exercise videos online, there are probably millions of personal trainers and an abundance of free information that will show you how to get fit and lose weight. And a lot of them will probably be better at it than I am. But what I offer is a change in mindset that over time will bring a peace and clarity to what has always felt like a battle ground, using education, support, kindness and genuine care.
So there are no pushy sales calls or pressing your pain points to get you to sign up and my prices are listed above so there are no surprises.
I want to work with ladies who want to know the 'why' behind the 'what', so that you can finally find true freedom from the burden and confusion surrounding diet and exercise that you have likely felt for most of your adult life.

How To Find Me
The studio is located at Bredon Stables. Once you enter the stables you will drive over a small speed bump. Turn left and you will see the stables ahead of you on your right. Drive forwards keeping the stables on your right hand side and then turn right. The studio is the last unit at the end. Parking is available opposite or outside of the studio.
